Open daily; check the website for the current schedule. The Y’s two indoor pools are open year-round for your enjoyment. There’s a full-size 25-yard pool and a separate therapy pool. Each locker room and shower area provides direct access to the pools for your safety and convenience. Instruction is provided for infants (6 months and older) and adults.
